Are all of the products you stock listed on the web site?
If there is something you are looking for, but cannot find, please contact us. Capt. Harry's Fishing Supply stocks over 20,000 products and chances are good that we have what you are looking for.

What are your hours?
Our retail store is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m on Saturday. Our mail order operation is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. All times listed are Eastern Standard Time (EST). On Sunday we go fishin'!

What is your returns policy?
We will accept returns on any merchandise that does not meet your approval within 30 days after purchase. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. All return items must be in new condition with all accessories, and in the original carton. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Now there's no excuse to say "I don't know what to get him or her?". Capt. Harry's Fishing Supply offers Gift Certificates in any dollar amount. Just let us know your name, the name of the person you wish to receive the Gift Certificate and the amount you wish to give. Capt. Harry's will send the Gift Certificate with a copy of our FREE catalog.

Do you offer warranty service and/or reel repair?
Capt. Harry's can provide you with many levels of service for your reels. We offer reel reconditioning, reel repair, complete parts, service and repair of all products under factory warranty. We currently offer warranty service for Penn, Shimano, and Daiwa.


How can I order online and what payment type do you prefer?
We prefer you order online through our secure server with a credit card. You can also order by phone, fax, or mail. We accept American Express, Diners, Discover,  JCB, MasterCard, Visa,  or a cleared Wire Transfer as form of payment.
