Details
Strap to pier piling, docks, bridges, trees, railings, etc. Straps fit up to 16 in. diameter. Adjust the rod holders according to the diameter of the pole or support you use. Firmly strap the top strap, with the rod holder facing the water. Now strap the lower strap and pull both straps tight. Tuck the excess in the clips and you are ready to enjoy your fishing rod holder.
