Greek Myth. Daughter of Uranus, grandmother of Apollo. The Phoebe lure is a Short Plunger that works best if trolled at 6-10 knots. It has lots of action, splash and pop. This is a great all around lure for trolling in calm to moderate seas for all game fish. Select the skirt colors shown or design your own winning combination from the skirts seen on page 71. For best results we recommend either a multi colored octopus skirt over a solid skirt of two different solid skirt colors. Lure heads available in colors: Blue (01), Green (03), Black (05), Pink (08), and Purple (11).
