Free Shipping Promotions
Occasionally Capt. Harry's will offer free shipping promotions on orders over a certain dollar value with the use of a free shipping coupon code for orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. The free shipping is for our Standard ground service which could be sent by either USPS, UPS, or FedEx which ever way we see fit and only applies to orders shipping with in the contiguous 48 United States. Exclusions to this Free Shipping Promotion may apply on oversize items such as rods, coolers, nets, large amounts of lead, live wells, bait cages, bean bags, gaffs, and more. Should you wish to avoid the shipping charge on your order you can always opt to pick up your order at our retail location.
Your order will be sent via a ground shipping method from either USPS, UPS or FedEx based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order. Most in-stock items will arrive in 1-5 business days.
3 Day Service
Your order will be sent via a shipping method that estimates the 3 business days in-transit or less, weekends and holidays are excluded. Based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order, your items will ship from USPS, UPS or FedEx services. Most in-stock items will arrive in 3 business days or less. Order must be received by 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
2 Day Service
Your order will be sent via a shipping method that estimates 2 business days in-transit, weekends and holidays are excluded. Based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order, your items could ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx services. Based on the delivery destination, not all orders will ship via air and may be sent via ground services that have a time in-transit commitment of 2 business days or less. Most in-stock items will arrive in 2 days or less. Order must be received by 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
1 Day Service
Your shipment will be sent via a shipping method that estimates 1 business day in-transit, weekends and holidays are excluded. Based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order, your items could ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx services. Based on the delivery destination, not all orders will ship via air and may be sent via ground services that have a time in-transit commitment of 1 business day. Most in-stock items will arrive in 1 business day. Order must be received by 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
Handling Fees will apply when select oversize or heavy items are in your order and will be added to your chosen shipping method.
Large, Oversized or Multiple Box Orders
Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice. Dimensional weight pricing is applicable to all packages not just oversized, bulky, heavy or multiple package shipments. You will be made aware of additional charges prior to shipment.
In Store Pickup
In Store Pickup will require that you show a government-issued photo ID (that we may photocopy) and the email order confirmation. Only you can pickup your order.
Export and Wholesale Customers:
Please call or email Sales@CaptHarry.com to place your order. Any orders placed online will be at retail pricing. Please keep in mind that the online order may offer you promotions, such as free shipping, that you will not be eligible for with your Export or Wholesale order.
Capt. Harry’s Fishing Supply along with all carriers suggest that if you will not be home when a package is delivered, consider having your order shipped to your office, or a store/post office for pick up. Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address, Capt. Harry’s Fishing Supply and all carriers consider the package delivered. We suggest tracking your package when possible. If the unfortunate situation occurs when a package is pirated/stolen then we suggest reporting the crime to your local police department. If a customer has a home security camera system, ensure it captures activity at the front door and mailbox. If you catch any mail thieves in the act, save the video and alert your local law enforcement. If your package is pilfered once delivered, then it is neither the responsibility of Capt. Harry’s Fishing Supply nor the delivery carrier.
International Shipping Terms & Conditions
Capt. Harry’s Fishing Supply Co., Inc. (we) will gladly accept International orders. Our policies are in place to protect you, the consumer, as well as all merchants. Payment must be made in United States funds, drawn on a United States Bank by American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Visa or Wire Transfer. Non-insurable orders are the customer's responsibility. Credit card payments require the cardholder's billing address (that the credit card statement is mailed to), shipping address, phone number, card number and expiration date. Complete address verification is necessary before orders will be shipped. Additional verification information may be requested. Recipient/Buyer is responsible for all duties, customs, VAT and any other taxes. Any collected import taxes and customs duties are not refundable for International returns.
The recipient/buyer(you) is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, VAT, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient(you) of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Capt. Harry’s Fishing Supply Co., Inc. has no control over these charges, nor can Capt. Harry’s Fishing Supply Co. Inc. predict what they may be.
Refused International Shipments
You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. We cannot pre-determine customs fees and Capt. Harry’s Fishing Supply Co., Inc. is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Capt. Harry’s Fishing Supply Co., Inc., you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and or customs fees that are incurred on the package (both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to Capt. Harry’s Fishing Supply Co., Inc. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Returns must be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. See International Returns for more information.
Returns must be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We highly recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
Once your package has been received at Capt. Harry’s Fishing Supply Co., Inc. your refund or store credit will be processed and refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Any collected import taxes and customs duties are not refundable for International returns. If you wish to make an exchange, please email email@example.com as you may have to place a new, separate order (unless you are exchanging an item that has been damaged).
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We can change the address if the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
Should you choose to use a freight forwarder for your order, Capt. Harry’s Fishing Supply considers an order delivered when it arrives at the freight forwarder you choose. Our obligation to you is to ensure the package is accurate and is delivered to the location you request. Once it reaches the freight forwarder the shipment becomes the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from CaptHarry.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.Capt.
